This year’s season is opened by Luminosa Orchestra, joined on the organ by Peter Barley of St Mary’s Cathedral (Limerick), performing Rheinberger’s glorious Organ Concerto no. 2. Other highlights include an all-Stanford concert on 14 July, centred on his Six Biblical Songs, presented by Judit Máté (organ) and Gyula Nagy (baritone). The series concludes on 8 August with a face-off between chamber organ and harmonium!
